What the service does
SaveReel takes a link to publicly available Instagram or Facebook media and returns a direct download URL for it. We are a tool that locates files. We do not host, store, index or republish media, and we have no control over the content you choose to submit.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you will only use SaveReel to download:
- media you created or own,
- media you have the rights holder’s permission to save, or
- media whose licence or terms otherwise allow you to save it.
You agree not to:
- redistribute, republish, sell or monetise someone else’s content without their permission
- use the service in a way that breaks the law where you live, or that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights
- submit requests through scripts, scrapers or other automation, or otherwise place unreasonable load on our servers
- attempt to break, probe or circumvent the service’s technical limits or security
You are solely responsible for what you download and what you then do with it.
Instagram and Facebook
SaveReel is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and Facebook are their trademarks. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms, and using a third-party downloader may conflict with them. That is a decision you make for yourself.
Availability
The service is provided free of charge and on an as-is basis. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. Because we depend on third-party providers and on the platforms themselves, downloads can and do fail. We do not promise any level of uptime, success rate, speed or media quality.
No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, SaveReel is offered without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, nor for any claim brought against you as a result of content you downloaded. Since the service is free, our total liability to you is limited accordingly.
Copyright complaints
Rights holders can find our notice-and-takedown process on the DMCA & Copyright page. We act on valid notices and may block links or restrict access for users who repeatedly misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and continuing to use SaveReel means you accept the new version.
